What

Follow-up to #475 (merged): flips the eight OpenClaw full-capture decisions from Draft to Accepted, and resolves a number collision that #475's merge created.

The renumber: 0142 → 0152

0142-privacy-surface-and-skill-discoverability (Accepted) landed concurrently with #475 and took the same number. Numbers are never reused, so one doc had to move:

  • The privacy 0142 already has @ref citations in shipped skill files (hypaware-publish-report, hypaware-apply-report-changes, hypaware-ignore, hypaware-privacy)
  • Our steering decision was cited only within its own set

So ours moves to 0152 (next free after 0150/0151). All in-set references updated — no references outside the set pointed at it.

Status flips

01430149 + 0152: Draft → Accepted. Review happened on #475; per the lifecycle, Accepted = approved for implementation. The docs' own acceptance gates were cleared before flipping:

ref-check

The set contributes zero errors. The corpus's pre-existing duplicate numbers (0098, 0099, 0111) are other authors' docs and deliberately untouched here — flagging them for whoever owns those pairs.

Not in scope

  • LLP 0109's status remains its author's call (0152 supersedes its attach mechanism; a Superseded marker or pointer on 0109 is @ccheever-side follow-up if desired)
  • No code changes; implementation now unblocked against Accepted docs

…lear the number collision
Flip LLP 0143-0149 + 0152 (formerly 0142) from Draft to Accepted,
following review and merge of #475.
The steering decision renumbers from 0142 to 0152: a concurrently
authored decision (0142-privacy-surface-and-skill-discoverability,
Accepted) took the same number and already has @ref citations in
shipped skill files, while ours was cited only within this set - so
ours moves. All in-set references updated; 0152 is the next free
number after 0150/0151.
Also rewords 0147's session-correlation note to drop its [inferred]
tag (not-investigated stated plainly; the decision does not depend on
it), per the rule that no [inferred] claim survives into Accepted.
ref-check: the set contributes zero errors; the pre-existing duplicate
numbers 0098/0099/0111 are untouched.
