管理面板

本计划自带web管理面板的，但实在不想写前端，可能在不久也会继续完善吧（有没有大佬能fork来完善一下管理面板呢）。暂时先自行配置config.json吧。

运行

下载相关平台的二进制程序或自行编译，下载或复制config.json，运行程序。 去Releases下载
