I'm Augustine. I founded Hackerspace Mumbai and have kept #mumtechup - the city's longest-running tech meetup - going for fifteen years.

GitHub named me a Star. I was a Microsoft MVP from 2018 to 2026 - Developer Technologies and AI. Docker named me Community Leader of the Year for Asia. The work underneath all of that is the same: put a room together, put the specs in writing, and leave the door open for the next person.

Right now that means agentic systems you can actually trust - Spec-Driven Development, MCP authorization boundaries, and Bethuya, a human-in-the-loop platform that cut community event triage from eighty hours to under ten.

Specs define intent. Identity and authorization enforce boundaries. You need both.

Agent-first event intelligence for communities that get 7× oversubscribed. Fairness-aware cohort selection, a Decision Cockpit, local AI so PII never leaves the room. .NET, Aspire, Foundry Local. Humans approve. Community owns.

Visage

The event app we actually run community on - built to make OSS meetups more inclusive. Blazor, Azure, well-architected from day one, now a proving ground for Aspire and spec-driven upgrades.

AgentCamp

Hands-on workshops that take Indian developers from a first agent to something they can ship. Built for the room, not the keynote.

Hackerspace Mumbai

Mumbai's largest independent OSS community. GitHub Copilot Dev Days, Build //localhost, #TechMang college tours, and the meetup that refused to die.
