Alert, Notification, and Notification Dialog components should follow the styles as depicted in Figma:

The end goal is to remove the Alert component eventually and only use Notification and NotificationDialog

Note that Warning and Danger should both have the same red color (because we want Alert to match Notification, and Notification only has "Danger" not "Warning".)
