Replicate the workflow outputs and cluster-prefix stripping logic from the golang workflow into both node ECR build workflows. Exposes image-tag, environment, and cluster as workflow_call outputs, strips the <environment>- prefix from the cluster name, and uses the stripped CLUSTER env var in the Trivy scan paths.
