Data Center GPU installation device info and telemetry section:
https://dgpu-docs.intel.com/driver/installation.html#xpu-smi-device-information-and-telemetry

Is as relevant also for client GPUs, and xpu-smi tool is available from the client repo, but corresponding section is missing:
https://dgpu-docs.intel.com/driver/client/overview.html

(Flex and Arc are very close, and supported as well by the level zero backend used by XPU tool.)
