Summary

Explain the "first seen" and "last seen" fields on the problem view, which readers were asking about without finding an answer in the docs.

Changes

  • Added a bullet under "At a glance" in product/problems.mdx describing what first seen and last seen mean, why they matter for triage, and how they behave when a resolved problem returns as a regression.

Context

Recent assistant conversations included an unanswered question about the difference between first seen and last seen on a problem. Neither term was defined anywhere in the docs. Other buckets in the window either had no docs gap (an answered SDK question) or were off-topic and not actioned.

Summary
Explain the "first seen" and "last seen" fields on the problem view, which readers were asking about without finding an answer in the docs.
Changes
  • Added a bullet under "At a glance" in product/problems.mdx describing what first seen and last seen mean, why they matter for triage, and how they behave when a resolved problem returns as a regression.
Context
Recent assistant conversations included an unanswered question about the difference between first seen and last seen on a problem. Neither term was defined anywhere in the docs. Other buckets in the window either had no docs gap (an answered SDK question) or were off-topic and not actioned.
