GitHub rejects SARIF from advanced (workflow) configurations when default setup is enabled; default setup already scans every push.

CodeQL default setup is enabled on this repo, and GitHub rejects SARIF uploads from workflow-based (advanced) configurations with it enabled. The default-setup workflow already runs on every push, so the workflow copy is redundant and permanently red. Removing it.
