FEAT: repo - enable wiki?

@lstein; Have you thought about enabling the wiki for this repo? I have some hints for alternate ways of doing things on Windows which I was thinking of dumping into a gist, but if the wiki were available, Id' rather it go there.

Yes, I’ll do that but I hate maintaining WIKIs. I’d be much obliged if someone volunteered to keep it organized. Lincoln
