Russian Law as Open Data

The Russian Financial Statements Database (RFSD) is an open, harmonized collection of annual unconsolidated financial statements of the universe of Russian firms in 2011-2025. It is the first open data set with information on every active firm in the country, including non-filing firms.

The Russian Crime Victimization Survey (RCVS): harmonized pooled data from three nationally representative cross-sections (2018, 2021, 2024) and a longitudinal component (2021–2024). The RCVS is the only repeated nationwide victimization survey in Russia.

This is the code and data to replicate the analysis in Skougarevskiy (2023)'s "Russian Household Income Surveys: Ensuring Data Quality" paper.
