Removes the deprecated mount-pnpm-store feature, superseded by shared-pnpm-store.

  • deletes src/mount-pnpm-store and test/mount-pnpm-store
  • drops it from the CI test matrix
  • removes the Joshua Ji copyright portion from LICENSE (that code is gone)
  • cleans up cross-references in README/NOTES
