Support wrapped Binance chart controls

Summary

• accept the live Binance latest-price control when it is wrapped by a zero-size contents slot
• keep the chart-orders trigger contract scoped, visible, positional, and unique
• bump the orderbook userscript to 2.7.146

Live evidence

• hard-reloaded HYPE chart toolbar: latest-price control is the only direct child of the final .contents slot
• minimal Runtime.evaluate matched one toolbar and opened one popover containing the unique checked 当前委托 control
