feat: unify Binance operation feedback

Summary

• move the shared operation status below the full panel and reserve it for order workflows
• confirm single-order success from the matching Binance place-order API response
• add non-blocking local press feedback for multiplier controls
• keep tabs, multiplier changes, precision selection, and precision refresh out of the operation status

Validation

• npm test (414 passed)
• npm run build:binance-orderbook-trade
• npm run check:binance-orderbook-trade
• npm run inspect:binance-orderbook-trade
• Playwright full suite: 60 functional tests passed; 2 expected visual snapshots updated and revalidated
