Update Bloggrify entry

The Bloggrify entry has not been updated since it was added in December 2024 and is now out of date.

• repo pointed at hlassiege/bloggrify; the project moved to the bloggrify organisation, so the star count and ranking were reading from the old location
• The body described the 2024 stack (Nuxt 2/3 era, Tailwind, Hyvor, MailerLite). The project now runs on Nuxt 4 and Nuxt Content 3
• Feature list refreshed: search, OG images, schema.org, multi-author, the current analytics and newsletter integrations
• Added Vue and MDC to templates, and startertemplaterepo
• Dropped the "100/100 pagespeed results" claim, which was not something the project should assert in a directory entry
