This is the dbg software package, which can be used to store and analyze de Bruijn graphs.

Some of the code from this package is derived from the khmer software package, available at http://www.github.com/ctb/khmer.
INSTRUCTIONS:
'make all' to build.
dbg is under the BSD license; see doc/LICENSE.txt. Distribution,
modification and redistribution, incorporation into other software,
and pretty much everything else is allowed.
