Rate modifiers for real out-of-pocket rates

Thank you for making this integration. It's very helpful since DTE keeps increasing their rates and I forget to update HA.

One request: The rate is copied directly from the website, so it doesn't include PSCR or taxes. Could those be added to the rate to provide a more accurate out-the-door cost?

Perhaps the PSCR and tax could be calculated optionally by selecting a setting switch?

The out-of-pocket cost is what most people find most useful when considering how to reduce their energy use. The DTE Insight app includes those rates in its cost summary (at least they had been including those costs last time I checked).

PSCR is doable as that is consistent for all DTE customers; However, I think that tax rates can vary depending on city, so I think it is best left out of the cost, or alternatively is a free-form field with a default value.
