Improve install_bnc.sh:

  • Add Amazon Linux 2023 detection and map to rocky9 binary
  • Install Qt5 from Rocky Linux 9 repos when native packages unavailable
  • Use ldd-based verification to confirm Qt5 libs are resolved
  • Validate BNC runs after install
  • Update docs with AL2023 troubleshooting
