Struggling to update post_parent fields

Hi.

Thanks for creating this extension, it's really useful. For some reason I'm really struggling to get this extension to add a value to a posts 'post_parent' field.

I have tried column names of post-absint-post_parent and post-intval-post_parent and although the wp insertcsv check and wp insertcsv map commands are both picking up the values and sanitize types, when I use wp insertcsv write the post_parent value never gets set.

I've attached the CSV file (renamed from .csv to .txt to allow uploading to Github) that I've been experimenting with.
