Public deploy + drift guard + "Try it live" link #156

Description

@jonocodes

Public deploy + drift guard + "Try it live"

Make the demo a public URL any visitor can open, keep it honest, and link it from the showcase.

Deploy

  • Static build of the demo page (no backend, no auth) — it's just a Vite build with the MockDaemon inside.
  • Host publicly (GitHub Pages / Cloudflare / Vercel — pick one) and wire into CI so it stays current.
  • Responsive / touch-friendly (Gallery already proves device sizing).

Honesty / drift guard

  • A test asserting every message the MockDaemon emits validates against the real protocol schema (protocol.generated.ts), piggybacking on the existing codegen drift-guard (Enforce Python and TypeScript protocol parity #76). This is what stops the demo from advertising things the product can't do.

Marketing tie-in

  • Add a "Try the live demo" link to the showcase README (the docs/split-readme-showcase work is exactly where this belongs).

Part of the mocked-demo epic. Final step after Tier 2.

                              Public deploy + drift guard + "Try it live" link #156

                              Description

                              @jonocodes
