jshvn/ctan was transferred to katoptra/ctan. The App is installed on the katoptra org with access to all repositories, and the installation is resolved per repo since #3, so the schedule entry's repo name is the whole change. The README example that shows this file follows it.
The hourly cron is unchanged. Until this deploys, the 42-past dispatch goes to the old name, which GitHub redirects, and a redirected POST is not a dispatch.
