• early-learning-data-platform — an end-to-end early-childhood data platform on synthetic data: event-sourced admissions & attendance, Iceberg lakehouse, governed semantic layer, executive/school/product dashboards, and agentic recommendations. AWS-native (Lambda · PyIceberg · Glue · Athena/Redshift · Lake Formation · Bedrock) with a local DuckDB + dbt + Metabase path.
• goodkind.id re-platform — modernizing the data stack of the civic nonprofit I co-founded (1,300 → 7M users), in public, one commit at a time.

How I build: contracts before pipelines · append-only ledgers, bitemporal where auditors care · one metric, one home · deliberate data-quality traps to test my own models · AI agents in the loop daily.
