Hi there! I'm James Weagley, Ph.D.

Computational Biologist | Multi-Omics Expert | Bioinformatics Lead

I'm a Computational Biologist living in Minnesota, currently working as a Postdoctoral Associate at Washington University. I specialize in integrating multi-omics data, bacterial and viral metagenomics, and statistical modeling to uncover mechanisms of health and disease.

With over 10 years of experience, I love building reproducible workflows and translating complex biological data into actionable insights for biomarker discovery, mechanistic breakthroughs, and precision medicine.

Excited to develop public software on Github following years of intra-institutional development.
