Perfsonar setup prompts user multiple times

Perfsonar setup is prompting user "would you like to install package xyz" for different packages (like ntp, security, servicewatcher etc).

Might be because install -y is not provided in the default install optional packages script. Try and remove these prompts (instead of running their script, install those packages directly from our setup with -y flag)
