Overview
Release 0.66.0 bumps the package and OpenAPI metadata (119 endpoints) and documents two API features in the changelog.

Organization limits: Adds client.organization.limits with retrieve and update against /org/limits, including types OrgLimits and LimitUpdateParams. Callers can read the org concurrent session ceiling and set or clear default_project_max_concurrent_sessions for projects without a per-project override.

Browser session PATCH:client.browsers.update (sync and async) now accepts optional name and tags on the PATCH body, with matching BrowserUpdateParams changes. Create-time docs are updated to state that name and tags can be changed later via PATCH (tags replace the full set; empty string/object clears name or tags).

Tests add skipped mock-server coverage for organization limits and extend browser update tests with name and tags.
