4fbcc02 Generate SDKs with stlc instead of hosted Stainless

Wide generated-type changes across telemetry and auth; release/versioning behavior changes on main, but no custom runtime logic beyond OpenAPI sync.

Overview
Syncs the Python SDK with the latest OpenAPI spec and adds OTLP telemetry export on browser telemetry: request params gain telemetry.export.otlp (destination by id/name, optional enabled) on browser create/update, pool create/update/acquire, and auth connection create/update/login; responses add BrowserTelemetryExportConfig / BrowserTelemetryOtlpExportConfig and an export field on active telemetry config and ManagedAuth.browser_telemetry.

Browser list/search docs now say the query param matches profile name or ID (not profile ID only). Release Please runs on pushes to main for kernel/kernel-python-sdk, with config pointed at the googleapis schema and prerelease disabled. Staging wheel installs use kernel-python-sdk-staging in upload-artifact.sh, and .stats.yml drops OpenAPI spec URL/hash metadata.

Wide generated-type changes across telemetry and auth; release/versioning behavior changes on main, but no custom runtime logic beyond OpenAPI sync.
Overview

Syncs the Python SDK with the latest OpenAPI spec and adds OTLP telemetry export on browser telemetry: request params gain telemetry.export.otlp (destination by id/name, optional enabled) on browser create/update, pool create/update/acquire, and auth connection create/update/login; responses add BrowserTelemetryExportConfig / BrowserTelemetryOtlpExportConfig and an export field on active telemetry config and ManagedAuth.browser_telemetry.
Browser list/search docs now say the query param matches profile name or ID (not profile ID only). Release Please runs on pushes to main for kernel/kernel-python-sdk, with config pointed at the googleapis schema and prerelease disabled. Staging wheel installs use kernel-python-sdk-staging in upload-artifact.sh, and .stats.yml drops OpenAPI spec URL/hash metadata.
