Overview
Release 0.93.0 bumps package version metadata and documents three API-facing SDK updates.

Managed auth (canonical interactions):auth.connections.submit accepts interaction_id, which must be echoed from the current pause when using canonical field_values / selected_choice_id. interaction_id is also exposed on managed-auth state (ManagedAuth, SSE managed_auth_state). Canonical field models gain required reason (missing | rejected) and drop replace_existing.

Browser telemetry: Adds BrowserProxyErrorEvent (type: proxy_error, network category) with typed proxy-layer error codes, wired into the BrowserTelemetryEvent union and public exports.
