Self referencing structs

Self referencing structs appear to be broken in jnr-ffi (although im not positive).

Until further investigating is done, jnr-gen should replace chained struct fields with pointers instead.

This is confirmed to be an issue with jnr-ffi

            this.structType = structType;
            try {
                structConstructor = structType.getDeclaredConstructor(Runtime.class);
                size = Struct.size(structConstructor.newInstance(getRuntime()));
            } catch (Exception ex) {
                throw new RuntimeException(ex);

Basically this line causes another chained struct to be created, which causes an infinite loop:

size = Struct.size(structConstructor.newInstance(getRuntime()));
