Postman power issues with Steering and MCP config

There are 2 issues with Postman power. The Power's steering document says to use runCollection to execute API tests. But the runCollection tool is not available:

1. MCP endpoint in the mcp.json points to https://mcp.postman.com/minimal which does not have the runCollection tool listed. The runCollection tool is available in the full endpoint - https://mcp.postman.com/mcp
2. Even after using the full endpoint in the mcp.json, the runCollection tool is in excludedFromGeneration list and hence not available for the power to be used. An issue has been filed in postman mcp server for this - runCollection tool is in ExcludedFromGeneration List postmanlabs/postman-mcp-server#153

Hey @govindhi,

The runCollection tool is currently only available via the STDIO version when running the server locally (see the Postman MCP Server docs).

It is not yet supported in the cloud-hosted toolsets (https://mcp.postman.com/). To use runCollection, you will need to switch to the local setup.
