…ent atx CLI Syncs the aws-transform Power from ATXKiroPower mainline (36aa5d8), base tag skill-1.7.0. Bumps POWER.md to 2.8.0. - Analysis type tech-debt-quick renamed to rapid-techdebt-analysis. - Replace the removed `atx ct discovery status` with `atx ct repository list`. - Fix `atx ct analysis run --sources` to the correct `--source`. - Drop a stale reference to a removed quick-scan chart series. The .NET bulk steering from the same internal range is intentionally NOT included here: it already landed via kirodotdev#195, and that reviewed version is kept as-is. Internal source: ATXKiroPower mainline 36aa5d8 (tag skill-1.8.0)
