Refs: knative/operator#2344

Update the documentation for deploying Knative to an explicit remote cluster and namespace from the Knative Operator.

This documents the multi-cluster destination change proposed in knative/operator#2344, which replaces the top-level spec.clusterProfileRef field with spec.destination.clusterProfileRef and spec.destination.namespace. It updates the deployment guide, Serving and Eventing CR guidance, configuration documentation, and blog article to document remote installation namespaces, destination validation and immutability, namespace metadata reconciliation, the Target Namespace column, and current access plugin examples.

Refs: knative/operator#2344
Update the documentation for deploying Knative to an explicit remote cluster and namespace from the Knative Operator.
This documents the multi-cluster destination change proposed in knative/operator#2344, which replaces the top-level spec.clusterProfileRef field with spec.destination.clusterProfileRef and spec.destination.namespace. It updates the deployment guide, Serving and Eventing CR guidance, configuration documentation, and blog article to document remote installation namespaces, destination validation and immutability, namespace metadata reconciliation, the Target Namespace column, and current access plugin examples.
