Summary

  • Apply Web Interface Guidelines audit findings from the web-design-guidelines skill review
  • a11y: textarea aria-label + name + autocomplete="off", skip-to-content link, aria-hidden on decorative emoji, aria-live="polite" on the streaming LLM panel, priority chips converted to keyboard-accessible toggles (role="button", tabIndex, aria-pressed, Enter/Space handlers)
  • Reduced motion: disable decorative animations under prefers-reduced-motion, honor it in smooth-scroll behavior
  • Focus: visible focus-visible ring on the search textarea (was outline-none with only a 1px border change), :focus-visible over :focus
  • Dark mode: color-scheme: dark + <meta name="theme-color"> (fixes light scrollbars/controls in dark theme)
  • Perf: shimmer reworked to animate transform on a pseudo-element instead of background-position (compositor-friendly); transition-alltransition (explicit Tailwind property list)
  • Semantics: section labels spanh2, heading-level fixes, long package-name truncation in cards

Test plan

  • npm run lint — clean
  • npm test — 25/25 pass
  • npm run build — production build + TS pass
  • CI: frontend workflow runs lint + test + build on this PR

Apply the Web Interface Guidelines audit findings:
- a11y: textarea label/name, skip link, decorative emoji aria-hidden,
aria-live on streaming panel, priority chips as keyboard-accessible
toggles with aria-pressed
- reduced-motion: disable animations under prefers-reduced-motion,
respect it in smooth scroll
- focus: visible ring on keyboard focus instead of outline-none only
- dark mode: color-scheme + theme-color meta
- perf: compositor-friendly shimmer (transform), drop transition-all
- semantics: section spans to h2, heading levels, long-name truncation

Summary

  • Apply Web Interface Guidelines audit findings from the web-design-guidelines skill review
  • a11y: textarea aria-label + name + autocomplete="off", skip-to-content link, aria-hidden on decorative emoji, aria-live="polite" on the streaming LLM panel, priority chips converted to keyboard-accessible toggles (role="button", tabIndex, aria-pressed, Enter/Space handlers)
  • Reduced motion: disable decorative animations under prefers-reduced-motion, honor it in smooth-scroll behavior
  • Focus: visible focus-visible ring on the search textarea (was outline-none with only a 1px border change), :focus-visible over :focus
  • Dark mode: color-scheme: dark + <meta name="theme-color"> (fixes light scrollbars/controls in dark theme)
  • Perf: shimmer reworked to animate transform on a pseudo-element instead of background-position (compositor-friendly); transition-alltransition (explicit Tailwind property list)
  • Semantics: section labels spanh2, heading-level fixes, long package-name truncation in cards

Test plan

  • npm run lint — clean
  • npm test — 25/25 pass
  • npm run build — production build + TS pass
  • CI: frontend workflow runs lint + test + build on this PR

Apply the Web Interface Guidelines audit findings:
- a11y: textarea label/name, skip link, decorative emoji aria-hidden,
aria-live on streaming panel, priority chips as keyboard-accessible
toggles with aria-pressed
- reduced-motion: disable animations under prefers-reduced-motion,
respect it in smooth scroll
- focus: visible ring on keyboard focus instead of outline-none only
- dark mode: color-scheme + theme-color meta
- perf: compositor-friendly shimmer (transform), drop transition-all
- semantics: section spans to h2, heading levels, long-name truncation
