Summary

  • Regenerate pnpm-lock.yaml (v6.0 → v9.0) so it matches package.json again — fixes ERR_PNPM_OUTDATED_LOCKFILE failing every deploy under pnpm install --frozen-lockfile
  • Pin "packageManager": "pnpm@10.14.0" so Corepack/Vercel pick the right tool
  • Delete the stray package-lock.json — keeping both lockfiles is the trap that got us here
  • Update CLAUDE.md stack note to reflect pnpm-only

Test plan

package.json, breaking deploys with ERR_PNPM_OUTDATED_LOCKFILE under
--frozen-lockfile. Regenerate at v9.0, pin pnpm@10.14.0 via the
packageManager field so Corepack/Vercel pick the right tool, and drop
the stray package-lock.json that was confusing the dual-lockfile setup.

Summary
  • Regenerate pnpm-lock.yaml (v6.0 → v9.0) so it matches package.json again — fixes ERR_PNPM_OUTDATED_LOCKFILE failing every deploy under pnpm install --frozen-lockfile
  • Pin "packageManager": "pnpm@10.14.0" so Corepack/Vercel pick the right tool

package.json, breaking deploys with ERR_PNPM_OUTDATED_LOCKFILE under
