It seems that vscode-leetcode do not need these plugins. |

Need this PR badly, because the tool does no work for me. It tries to download https://raw.githubusercontent.com/leetcode-tools/leetcode-cli/master/lib/plugins/cookie.firefox.js on startup. Apparently, this 404 is returned. |
