Summary

Review and issue-thread replies can repeat the parent finding without adding information. Teach Read the Room to treat the parent as shared context and reply with a brief acknowledgment plus only new decisions, actions, evidence, or limitations.

  • Distinguish new findings from replies, with guidance for acceptance, verification, fixes, partial fixes, and disagreement.
  • Preserve the difference between accepted, verified, fixed, and tested; repeat context only when needed to clarify the reply.
  • Keep the changes in channel references, with no increase in startup instructions.

Verification

  • npm test and npm run validate passed.
  • Read the Room's node scripts/test.js and node scripts/validate.js passed.
  • git diff --check passed.
  • Five scenarios across both channels produced ten qualitative examples that met the reply criteria. This is a small coherence check, not a cross-model reliability benchmark.
