Read the Room now documents installation, hook activation, verification, updates, and removal for Codex and Claude Code. The agent-response guide distinguishes agent-owned work from user actions and explains how to report failures without inventing causes or unnecessary next tasks.
Adds four writing scenarios and guidance for isolated, blinded comparisons, including a tool-backed edit case. Bumps all three plugin manifests from 0.2.5 to 0.3.0. Bootstrap implementation is unchanged.
Verification:
npm test(36 passed),npm run validate, pluginnode scripts/test.js(9 passed), pluginnode scripts/validate.js, andgit diff --checkpassed. The rebased tree matches the tested tree exactly. Comparative model evaluations and fresh-client installation checks were not run.
