The root README now walks readers through installing and trying Agent Doctor, links each plugin to its usage requirements, and includes the contributor verification commands. It also corrects the PR Review Toolkit description: reviews are advisory, and simplification requires an explicit request.
Verification: all 36 repository tests and marketplace validation passed. Local README links, the compatibility anchor, and diff whitespace checks passed. Live plugin installation and first-use behavior were not exercised.
