Applies the pending Renovate dependency updates: - react-router-dom 7.15.0 -> 7.18.2 (#12) - webpack 5.109.2, webpack-cli 7.2.2 (#13, #14) - actions/checkout v4 -> v7 (#15) - actions/setup-node v4 -> v7 (#16) - Node 20 -> 24 in js-build-check (#17) Rebuilt inst/reactRouter/react-router-dom.js from js/ and re-knit the README so the react-router-dom badge tracks js/package.json. Verified: all 137 testthat tests pass (42 files, including the shinytest2 browser tests) and R CMD check is 0 errors / 0 warnings / 0 notes. All react-router APIs used by js/src and R/ are still exported in 7.18.2. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
