When there is a stuck payment and the user tries to shut down their node, LDK-node gets stuck indefinitely while shutting down.

This require us to ungracefully close the process which can lead to data not being saved (which can cause force closures).

I will update the issue once I have reproduced it with trace level logs enabled.

Environment: Go (Alby ldk-node-go bindings)
