Multiple test debug runs with the temporary log files isn't a great dev experience. This PR replaces file logging with console logging with a node identifier prefix to keep the nodes apart.

Multiple test debug runs with the temporary log files isn't a great dev experience. This PR replaces file logging with console logging with a node identifier prefix to keep the nodes apart.
