We bump to the most recent rust-lightning commit and fix some minor test code changes.

Moreover, we stop archiving channel monitors explicitly as this is now done by LDK's background processor.

We bump to the most recent rust-lightning commit and fix some minor test code changes.
Moreover, we stop archiving channel monitors explicitly as this is now done by LDK's background processor.
