Collaborator

Align the companion Lightning dependencies with ldk-node so shared API
types remain compatible. Adapt storage pagination, chain sync settings,
and payment metadata to the updated interfaces.

Prefer zero-fee commitment channels when supported to avoid commitment
feerate negotiation. Use package-capable Bitcoin Core test backends so
integration fixtures exercise negotiation instead of fallback channels.

Align the companion Lightning dependencies with ldk-node so shared API

types remain compatible. Adapt storage pagination, chain sync settings,

and payment metadata to the updated interfaces.
Prefer zero-fee commitment channels when supported to avoid commitment

feerate negotiation. Use package-capable Bitcoin Core test backends so

integration fixtures exercise negotiation instead of fallback channels.
