Copy pins from upstream CI tests
3af95c4
Various dependencies have had their MSRV bumped since 0.1 was
released. Here we copy the MSRV-compliant pins from upstream so
that CI passes for 0.1 again.

Linting is failing, I think due to #3704 not being backported, but that seems fine.

Copy pins from upstream CI tests
3af95c4
Various dependencies have had their MSRV bumped since 0.1 was
released. Here we copy the MSRV-compliant pins from upstream so
that CI passes for 0.1 again.

Linting is failing, I think due to #3704 not being backported, but that seems fine.
