Verified that the first commit matches cargo +1.63 fmt output and reviewed the second one.

LGTM. I'll go ahead and land this once CI passes as it's trivial and @valentinewallace and @TheBlueMatt had already ACKed this over at #3801.

Verified that the first commit matches cargo +1.63 fmt output and reviewed the second one.
LGTM. I'll go ahead and land this once CI passes as it's trivial and @valentinewallace and @TheBlueMatt had already ACKed this over at #3801.
