This commit is almost exclusively adding line breaks. The one exception is renaming link text in precommit.rst.

This is the one change that isn't just adding line breaks. Changing this link text from "here" to "documentation" resolves a Sphinx warning that was cropping up when the documentation was building.

This commit is almost exclusively adding line breaks. The one exception is renaming link text in precommit.rst.

This is the one change that isn't just adding line breaks. Changing this link text from "here" to "documentation" resolves a Sphinx warning that was cropping up when the documentation was building.
