Linode's Legal Agreements

Following are Linode's Legal Agreements. We are publishing them publicly in an effort to enable everyone to be able to see changes to our Legal Agreements as they are published.

  • The Master Services Agreement (MSA) details your rights and responsibilities while as a Linode customer. This document covers many important topics, such as access controls, billing, customer support, and additional industry standard conditions of service.
  • The Data Processing Addendum (DPA) details Linode's policy on Personal Identifiable Information (PII), such as processing PII and Linode's compliance with US and EU Privacy Shield agreements. The DPA also details your responsibilities regarding your End Users' data.
  • The Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) details your obligations while using Linode services and resources. This document provides guidance as to our treatment of customer behavior, content, and intellectual property.
