Bug Fixes

Prevented on_load_packages_finished being called multiple times by ensuring signal disconnected before being reconnected
Prevented navigation bar corruption due to possibility of selecting 2 packages at once (by clicking another package while other one loading)

Other Changes

Changed package list to allow selection \ keyboard navigation (selects on double click \ enter) Now selects on row activated rather than changed signal
Moved apt Caching for show package to separate thread to stop gui blocking (now shows watch cursor and disables view)

fixed bug with on_load_finished being called multiple times

moved thread rebuild to end of package shown for speed
