[bug] There is no video track in the latest version

Describe the bug

My application, which works fine in v1.5.4, causes problems in v1.5.5. When entering the room, the broadcaster's voice is heard but his video is not visible.
The problem is solved when downgrading to v1.5.4.

I have been using this library with the same codes for a year. If there was a rendering problem, it would be pointless to solve it by downgrading to the old version.

What I found is this:

When there is only 1 broadcaster, participantTracks length is 0 in the viewer. But actually the broadcaster has audio and video tracks. Therefore, the length of participantTracks must be 2.
However, if the viewer shares any track, for example, when the viewer turns on the microphone, the participantTracks length becomes 3 and the invisible broadcaster's video appears.

I tested V1.5.6 and the problem persists.
If a participant in the room is sharing video or audio, none of the listeners below are triggered.
However, if one more person shares a track, the listeners start to be triggered.
If the number of streamers becomes one again, listeners are not triggered.

If there are two streamers in the room before I enter the room, the listeners are triggered when I enter the room.
If there are one streamer in the room before I entered the room, the listeners are not triggered when I enter the room.
