Pytorch implementation for paper ''DNF: Diffractive Neural Field for Lensless Microscopic Imaging''.

Pipeline

Setup

Dependencies:

  • python 3.7
  • pytorch 1.9.1
  • cuda 11.1
  • cudnn 8.0.5
  • pytorch-lightning 0.7.5
  • matplotlib 3.3.4

We provide a conda environment setup file including all of the above dependencies. Create the conda environment DNF by running:

conda create -n dnf python=3.7
pip install -r requirements.txt
