Add KontragentPro to Business Records > Company Profiles

Adds one tool to Business Records → Company Profiles, placed directly after
Rusprofile since both cover Russian entities.

KontragentPro — https://kontragentpro.ru

Rusprofile is currently the only Russian company source in the framework. This
one covers registry blocks it does not expose:

• Multi-year financial statements from the state accounting database (GIR BO)
• Bankruptcy records from the federal register (EFRSB)
• Trademarks from Rospatent/FIPS
• State inspection history from the Prosecutor General's register (ERKNM)
• Ownership and management graph, event timeline

Record fields follow the neighbouring Rusprofile entry, filled honestly:

• pricing: freemium — 100 lookups a day free, deeper registry blocks paid
• registration: false — lookup works without an account
• api: true — REST API with self-serve keys and a published OpenAPI 3.1 spec;
  there is also an MCP server listed in the official MCP registry
• opsecNote states it is reachable without a Russian IP address, which I
  verified from a French host while preparing this PR

It additionally publishes derived open datasets under CC BY 4.0 with DOIs on
Zenodo and figshare: https://kontragentpro.ru/data

Note on placement: the Company Profiles list is not alphabetically ordered, so I
placed the entry next to the semantically closest one rather than at the top.
