P1 Badge Merge Opus 5 into the successful probe catalog

When the capability probe succeeds and returns the nonempty alias-only catalog described by this commit (default/sonnet/fable/opus/haiku), checkClaudeProviderStatus selects capabilities.models instead of fallbackModels at lines 956–958. That discards this new versioned entry, so the normal authenticated managed picker still never receives claude-opus-5; it appears only when discovery fails or returns no models. Merge the required built-in entry into the discovered catalog (or map the opus alias) and cover the alias-only probe case with a focused backend test.
